Compensation Data and Accruals
This role will be a key part of the Business Unit Compensation team, advising and executing on a wide range of compensation matters throughout the year. The team is an important strategic advisor to the HR Business Partners for all divisions within the EMEA region.
In addition to playing a critical role in the coordination of monthly accruals and year-end processes, the team are also responsible for market data and compensation projects such as Gender Pay. The ideal candidate for this role will be a quick learner with excellent analytical skills and an ability to remain calm under pressure.
