Country Controlling Junior Analyst

We count on you in these tasks:

Participating in the preparation of management reports on business units’ financial performance, market position, sales and pricing activities, and opex and capex spending
Preparing strategic and financial plans
Maintaining efficient cooperation with finance teams and business units
Performing regular market analyses and profitability calculations
Taking an active part in developing the group controlling IT environment
Preparing analyses of ad‑hoc business issues

You are welcome to apply if you have:

A university or college degree in finance, accounting, or economics
At least 1 year of relevant experience at a commercial bank
Strong analytical and structured thinking, with a systems- and process-oriented approach
Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Proactivity and the ability to work independently
A results-driven mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
Integrity and reliability
Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent English skills (both written and spoken)
