Wizz Air is offering a unique opportunity for young talents in the last 1-3 years of their university studies, who are passionate about aviation, to discover what it’s like behind the scenes of one of Europe’s fastest-growing airlines.
As a Management Trainee, you will have the chance to discover and experience the full scope of activities within one selected department at Wizz Air’s Headquarters in Budapest, Hungary, such as:

Security and Central Services
Fuel Efficiency
Sales Development
Organizational Development
Financial and Integrated Planning
Technical Services
Fleet Acquisition
Scheduling and Slots
Technical Procurement
HR Operations
E-Commerce and Distribution
Airport Development East

You’ll spend your first 12 months as a member of your chosen department, gaining deep insight into its daily operations. After this period, you’ll have the opportunity to rotate within the same or to another function, broadening your professional perspective.

Throughout the program, you’ll learn directly from industry experts, work on real business challenges, and contribute to meaningful projects, all while building the foundation for a long-term career at WIZZ.

What we’re looking for:

Active student status at a Hungarian university at least until winter 2027
Ability to work at least 20 hours/week on-site in our Budapest office (District IX)
Graduating within 1-3 years from university
English fluency
Strong MS Office knowledge
Previous traineeship experience is an advantage
Cross-functional interest
