Senior Service Desk Associate (24/7)
Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE) is a Vodafone Group entity offering Vodafone products and services to multinational customers. The team responsibilities revolve technical issues all around the world followed by the subsequent activities required to drive resolution.
What you will do:
- Providing Level 1 support & first-time resolution whenever possible
- Dealing with issues being reported by the VGE customer’s helpdesk
- Processing tickets & orders in the relevant service support systems
- Working with greater independence and possess bigger authority and knowledge to solve problems
- Taking ownership of incidents or escalations, including follow up & partner liaison
- Taking ownership for the resolution of an issue (order, ticket) through its lifecycle
- Contribute actively to service improvement initiatives
This position is for you if you have:
- Fluent English language skills
- Experience in a customer-facing or support function role in a multinational environment is an advantage
- Good technical & IT knowledge or great interest about the area
- Analytical mindset
- Proactive, self-starter personality
- Affinity to work in 24/7 shift schedule
