Job Description
Join ramping up Bosch High Voltage electronics development at the exciting time of electrification of the automotive industry!
We are developing High Voltage electronics for electrical and fuel cell vehicles in the market segments of Electrification, passenger cars and commercial vehicles. We are preferred worldwide partner for innovative solutions and dynamically contribute to the change in mobility. Doing so, we help our customers to significantly reduce their costs, fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
As a System Test Engineer, You would be responsible for High Voltage Electronic systems testing such as the new generation Charger and Inverter module (CharCon) and the Electrical Air Compressor (EAC), which is one of the main component of the fuel cell vehicle. Your responsibility would include test case executions and developments according to customer requirements, in a newly created High Voltage laboratory. You would be involved in a new product development from the beginning until the series production.
Your responsibilities to achieve our common goal:
► Planning system test activities for the project according to project timing aligned with project leader and test manager
► Performing and developing test cases in a newly created Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing environment according to customer requirements
► Analyzation and evaluation of test case results according to customer requirements
► Presenting test case results to project team members, system engineering team and management within a review
► Active collaboration with German stakeholders wrt. test development activities
► Cooperation with different domains across the globe (System Engineers, Software Engineers, Project Leaders,…)
Qualifications
What makes you special:
► B.Sc or M.Sc in electrical engineering
► Experience in the field of automotive engineering
► Experience in the field of system testing or similar
► Experience in automotive HIL systems (e.g. dSpace)
► You have hands-on experience with measurement equipments (e.g. power supplies, oscilloscope, digital multimeter,…)
► Experience with High Voltage Electronics is an advantage
► You are a self-starter with excellent risk management skills
► You have very good english skills (German is an advantage)
► You are willing to accept responsibility
