As a technical subproject leader you will have a technical overview about the product, reliability, price, and every aspect of the power electronic development. Your activities will play a central role, as you have to convince customers, project, management and development team about the necessary steps needed to fulfill customers requirements and to deliver the right product. You develop and set-up the right approachfor the project incl. work-break-down structure, project team definition and project-time-plan.
The subproject leader and the team evaluate together existing product optimization ideas regarding technical feasibility and commercial impact for a customer serial project. Based on the chosen ideas you define a bundle of measures, which have to be implemented at the defined customer project.
The subproject leader should have a decent understanding of the operation of the device, detailed overview of the customer wishes, needs and requirements, and a good set of soft skills (negotiation, presentation, conflict management, determined but attentive, just to name a few…).
