Your contribution to something big:
► Set-up and train the sales team at the Hungarian site, integrate team members into the global sales team an in MrP Team, disciplinary and professional leading and mentoring of a sales team in Hungary.
► Supports the ramp-up of the sales know-how in collaboration with the global sales team.
► Participates in the preparation and conduct of customer meetings, provides professional support to the team, and understands and represents the needs of our customers
► Participates in the preparation of customer audits and supports the team in the preparations
► Ensures the implementation of sales processes at the MrP site and manages the traceability of your documentation in the systems.
► Continuous improvement of the sales team in regards to new products and new sales processes
► Preparation, planning and monitoring of budget and of investment
► Disciplinary management of non-sales colleagues
► Optimize and further develop the global implementation of sales processes
► Professional support of employees in the process of change management, process owner of ECM Future and responsible of implementation in the whole sales organisation world-wide
► Professional support of employees in the tasks of BCM, process owner of BCM
► Use leadership tools to develop, train, and mentor employees
What distinguishes you?
► University degree in business administration or in engineering-economist specialisation or similar field
► 3-5 years relevant experience on the field of sales
► Deep knowledge and usage of BOSCH sales processes and sales directives
► Deep knowledge of BOSCH AS products, development process and project management process
► Confidence in customer relations. She/He knows the market and customer' projects well
► Flexibility, a high degree of proactivity and the ability to work in a team. Strong communication skills
► At least C1 level English language skills and C1 level German language skills.
► Intercultural skills and willingness to travel
