The Bosch Engineering Centre of Budapest has been established in 2001. Today, it is a major research and development hub within the Bosch world focusing on the big mobility trends: automated, electrified and connected mobility. More than 2100 engineers are working together on complex automotive products within various fields of engineering from software to mechanical and hardware product development. Your ideas will be part of products improving the life across the globe.
Bosch has been working on autonomous and automated driving solutions in different locations for many years. We are now building up a team in Budapest, developing technologies for future autonomous vehicles. Your ideas will be part of products which are representing state of the art mobility technologies.
Your contribution to something big
► Gain overview in a specific, dedicated automated driving system
► System and software development and optimization for automated driving with main focus on optimum system availability
► Accurate development of the concept and reliable implementation of the required middleware and degradation mechanisms considering safety requirements
► Alignment and agreement on complex requirements and concepts with internal and external partners
► Implementing, commissioning, debugging and testing the software framework
► Collaborating closely in an international environment as part of a scaled agile framework
What distinguishes you
► BSc or MSc degree in computer science in the domain of engineering, computer science, mathematics or a related field
► Knowledge and experience in IT and SW development in embedded systems
► SW development skills (C/C++)
► Strong interest about automated driving trends and systems
► Ability to efficiently gain an overview on complex technical content
► Good coordination and communication skills, focused and reliable
► Ability to work independently and in teams
► Willingness to travel
► Fluent English, German is a plus
