WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY IN OUR TEAM

We are looking for a Global Back Office Analyst for Global Business Enablement, our division responsible for providing financial and analytical support for E&PS activities working towards a better future for everyone at ExxonMobil. The Global Back Office Analyst will support with the completion of E&PS projects with controlling, reporting and stewardship activities.

Completes E&PS project set up & close out within SAP
Utilizes SAP Projects Module, SAP Projects to Assets, SAP Project / Purchase to Pay (PtP) Controls
Responsible for SAP LODC (Local Organization Design Contact) process, Controls Reporting
Supports RAM organization by carrying out Fixed Asset Verification, Fixed Asset Write Off Accounting
Demonstrates strong knowledge and ability to work with the reporting and stewardship systems such as SAP, Data Warehouse, Dataflex and other analytics tools
Drives consistency of systems use across all functions and geographies; develops and champions global best practices
Actively seeks putting a variety of data sources together to identify underlying trends that are not easily apparent and can concisely articulate strategic information to senior management

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Relevant College / University degree
Strong computing skills e.g. SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
Knowledgeable on the purchase-to-pay process
Experience with how records of various types are created and progresses through the system
Strong coordination/ analytical / planning skills
Sound decision making and business judgment and problem solving skills
Ability to develop successful working relationships with emphasis on collaboration and communication
Self-motivated thriving for constant improvement, adapt to time pressures, and changing priorities
