Our internal customers at these sites utilize a number of standard industry applications from well-known software vendors. Some are industry specific and you don`t get to see them anywhere else, some are major applications from big brands. If assigned to these teams, you will be expected to support Business with these applications whenever they have an issue and coordinate with internal technical teams and the SW vendors as well, seeking it through resolution. If the application in your portfolio gets an upgrade, or we decided to retire it, you will work on the retirement as well as the introduction of the replacement application.
