Feladatok

Ensure timely and accurate data entry, storage, maintenance, retrieval, and archiving in full compliance with data security requirements
Monitor and manage performance against key performance indicators (e.g., customer satisfaction, SLA compliance, transactional accuracy)
Support teams in the effective and compliant use of IT systems
Identify and drive efficiency improvements to support continuous improvement and operational excellence
Ensure compliance with HSSE policies and QMS requirements

Elvárások

Active or passive student status with at least 1 year remaining (BA or MA in Economics, Finance & Accounting, or related field)
Strong understanding of business requirements and strategy
Fluency in English and Portuguese
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Capability to work in a team or individually if required
Ability to keep deadlines whilst under pressure without compromising accuracy
