Offline. Training sessions are 2 hours long and take place 3 times a week in our office.
This knowledge will provide a deeper insight of the subject matters of the course and help you practice and become a DevOps professional.
The training is based solely on practical tasks similar to the typical tasks of a Linux administrator. The topics of the course cover the full range of the professional's tasks: everything from using the Linux command line to optimizing mail servers. These basic skills will help you become a DevOps professional. Moreover, the acquired knowledge will be of use in such related areas as system administration and development.
The unique part of this course is theory self-study. At the same time, from the very first training session, NIX will provide the students with all the necessary materials to perform practical tasks. Optional materials can be used if needed. Everyone is free to choose the time to do their homework. The results of the work will be checked by a special application several times a day. The system will identify if the current server configuration meets the task requirements. The student performing the task will receive an explanation of what needs to be corrected. There will also be a chat for discussing all questions about practical work. In the chat, you can communicate with teachers and other students who are at different stages of the training program. At the end of the course, everyone will take an examination in the form of an interview. The interviewer will check your understanding of the theory and your ability to apply it practically.
