KBC Group provides banking services in 5 European countries.
The international IT solutions of the banking group, covering several European countries, takes place with Hungarian and Belgian colleagues in Hungary and Belgium, therefore not only our services are international, but also our teams.
Our responsibilities range from day-to-day operation to application development and its operation.
We are constantly expanding the Hungarian side of the team, which is why we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated new team members with junior, medior, or possibly senior work experience.

The team is to provide different applications to the end-users:

natively installed applications,
virtualized applications,
web-based applications.

What your job will be:

Implementing the future workplaces for the end customer.
Using modern technologies to deliver applications.
including Citrix and Intune.
Implementing best practices to deliver the applications:
MSI-X, Microsoft Store, container applications, MSI.
Creating these applications.
Creating unattended installations.
Solving application issues in a strict security framework.

What we expect from You:

1-3 years of experience as system engineer.
MSc or BSc degree in IT or computer sciences.
Knowledge of the different environments is an advantage:
- E.g. Windows clients, Citrix servers, Windows servers, etc.
Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
Scripting knowledge: VBS or PowerShell.
Willing to learn MSI packaging, APP-V packaging, MSI-X technology.
Willing to learn different deployment tools (Intune, SCCM)
Willing to learn different packaging tools:
- (Wise Package Studio, Advanced Installer)
Willing to learn Microsoft Defender and AppLocker.
You are a team player.
You are well-versed with problem analytics.
You are good at solving problems.
You are good at documenting and communicating in English.
You should be able to deliver in a high-pressure environment.
Advantage or willing to learn: ‘safe and agile’, using ALM tools like Jira or Confluence.
‘Security first’ mindset.

What you can expect during the recruitment process:

After sending your CV in English, expect a three-round interview process, one online with our local recruiter, one online in English with the Belgian team leader, and the final round is in person at our office in Budapest (in Hungarian) to get to know each other better.
An efficient selection process is important for both of us, so we try to make it as fast as possible, and even if you are not selected we will give you a detailed feedback.
