What will be your daily work?

You will create and administer all service contracts in thecompany CRM system (VIEW system) and in SAP based on our ticketing system
You will be the quality gate between CRM (VIEW system) and SAP data
You will monitor and complete the annual indexing process for the service contracts
You will liaise with appropriate stakeholders to address and resolve open items

What characterizes you

You are open to understand and respect different cultures from the Eastern Europe countries;
Advanced MS Office user, especially in Excel;
Fluency in English and in Hungarian is a must and other Eastern European language skill is an advantage;
You are willing to work hard and accept fluctuations in the workload;
You pay attention to details, and you are not afraid to talk to colleagues in different countries;
Experience with SAP system is an advantage, but not a must;
Contract management experience is also an advantage.
