What is it?

A 6-day training program for the next generation of leaders and creative and ambitious young talents who are interested in innovation, personal development and want to become great leaders and better performers at work. We are teaching the skills and mindset you need to succeed in a fast-moving, competitive business environment, let it be a consulting, startup or corporate environment.

Why should you apply?

This is a very practical class, with real-life examples & hands-on learning. Rather an innovation lab not a theoretical class at all
Topics include leadership skills that are essential in the 21st century: with a special focus on innovation, agile way of working, teamwork, personal strength & self-awareness, and the contemporary mindset that ensures the highest chances to kickstart your career and to stand out as a future leader
You will learn Design Thinking and the lean startup methodology, and practice it on a real-life challenge while working in teams
You will practice 21st century project management and venture building on your own skin; manage clients, talk to real customers, build a product yourself and pitch in real-life settings
You will broaden your horizon, meet and work with experienced business professionals. The hands-on learning and guidance from mentors will guarantee that your learning outcome is maximized and your experience is flawless!
